Exhibitor Registration

This contribution form is for Exhibitors.

Get exposure to ~120 Space-based lidar remote sensing focused attendees.

If you are a manufacturer of components, sub-components and lidar integrators, consider participating as an exhibitor or sponsor.

We are planning for about 10 exhibitor spots for the conference, possibly more if space becomes available.

As an exhibitor, you will receive:

• a name badge with access to all SLRS sessions.
• a voucher for the Welcome Reception.
• a voucher to the Banquet  (additional tickets can be purchased).
• verbal recognition in the opening session.
• your company logo listed on website and in the conference program.
• a reserved space in the exhibitors hall, as defined in Exhibitors Space.
  

 

Additionally, exhibitors can sponsor coffee breaks, poster session refreshments, and social outings, or support travel for students.

The exhibits will be set up in the Armory Flexspace (layout will be provided upon registering). The schedule provides for 3 hours on 3 days for Exhibitor visits. During lunch breaks, exhibitors will have the opportunity to organize demonstrations at their booths.

• 2 chairs
• access to power supply and WiFi
